Although my paintings are displayed and sold in galleries and other venues, please feel free to contact me by email should you
be interested in purchasing and I'll deal with your order personally.
Web prices are significantly cheaper than gallery prices
as I do not add a mark-up for the gallery.
We intend to implement Paypal ordering eventually. However, you may continue
to order by email confidently.
Placing your order:
At present, all orders should be placed by email, after which we will contact
each other to organise payment & delivery. All paintings will be held for up to 21 days upon receipt of your order.
When placing an order send full details of the painting(s) required, your name, address and contact details. I will then contact
you with details for payment. I accept payment by cheque, postal order or international money order in £ Sterling.
Delivery:
Subject
to payment clearance from my bank, orders will normally be dispatched within 7 days, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
I will contact you to inform you of the date of despatch of your order. If your order is especially urgent please mention this
in your email and I will do my best to accomodate your needs.
Post and Packing:
Packing and delivery of paintings in the UK is
included in the price. If you live within a 20 mile radius of Stoke on Trent we can arrange hand delivery. For international
orders I will inform the customer of the additional cost prior to them sending payment.
Returns & Refunds:
If you are not
entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, providing it is returned in its
original packaging and received in perfect condition.
Damage in Transit:
I trust that your order will arrive in perfect condition.
However you should check your artwork for damage before accepting and signing for delivery. Make a note of any damage incurred
on the delivery record. If the item appears to have suffered shipping damage please contact me immediately. The shipping
company should be asked to provide a damage inspection report and they should also return the item to me. I'll progress matters
from there on.
The Paintings:
All paintings are original watercolours, signed by the artist. No prints have been made of
any of the paintings. If you wish any of the unframed ones to be framed I can organise this at cost price. I liaise with
local professional framers who assist in the selection of the best mount and frame to compliment each individual painting. Like
all artwork, you should avoid hanging in direct sunlight.
